Chocolate Mousse

This is the easiest and a seriously decadent chocolate dessert:

1. Melt 3 bars chocolate (100g each) over a double boiler - use good quality dark chocolate or milk chocolate if you want a sweeter desert
2. Remove chocolate from stove and add 1 cup (250ml) Greek yogurt - mix well. You can also add 2 Tbsp brandy or liqueur to the mixture.
3. Whip 1 cup ( 250 ml) cream until stiff. Fold in chocolate mixture. Add some Castor sugar if it is not sweet enough for you.
4. Place in a bowl or individual small pots and refrigerate.
5. Serve with berries etc

Makes enough for 8 servings - it is super rich but we had leftovers which was great!
